What video formats are supported?
Video Tool Pro supports MP4, WebM, and MOV files. The exported video is in WebM format.
Is there a file size limit?
No. Since everything runs in your browser, there's no upload limit. Performance depends on your device.
What is the watermark?
Free exports include a small, semi-transparent watermark in the corner of the video. To remove it, purchase export credits.
Is my video uploaded to a server?
Never. Video Tool Pro runs 100% in your browser. Your video files never leave your device.
Does it work on mobile?
The editor works on tablets and large-screen mobile devices. For the best experience, use a desktop browser.
Can I get a refund?
Since export credits are digital goods consumed instantly, refunds are generally not available. Contact us if you have an issue.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome and Firefox are fully supported. Edge works well too. Safari has limited MediaRecorder support.
How do I access my paid exports?
After payment, you receive a personal link by email. Open this link to access the editor with your export credits.
